Residents must live in a community currently contracted with us.
Property managers must have an executed service agreement with NightHawk Elite Service Valet.

Any materials on our site (text, images, logos, etc.) are owned by NightHawk Elite Service Valet and may not be copied, sold, or redistributed without written permission.

Residents must follow community-specific trash guidelines provided by property management or posted on our website.
Trash must be properly bagged, tied, and placed outside during designated service times only.
Oversized or prohibited items (such as furniture, hazardous waste, or electronics) require special pickup arrangements.
Failure to follow guidelines may result in warnings, service refusal, or fees as outlined by the community or property manager.
5. Payments
Residents do not pay NightHawk Elite Service Valet directly unless otherwise stated; service fees are typically included in rent or community charges.
Property managers are responsible for payments under their contractual agreement with us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable and timely service, NightHawk Elite Service Valet is not responsible for:
Items damaged due to improper bagging or prohibited materials.
Delays or missed pickups caused by severe weather, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
